Izumi Shikibu was a poet of the Japanese court during the Heian Period (794-1185 CE).

High grade white brilliant diamonds are set around the bangle, to pace and highlight the inscription.

bangle width is 5mm by 2.8mm thick, so it has a lovely rounded profile and feels very smooth and comfortable on.
