Who is Victoria Buckley ?
Victoria Buckley is an independent Australian designer who has been creating her distinctive jewellery since 1992. She began with a busy stall at Paddington Markets which led to opening her first store in Sydney’s Strand Arcade soon after. The Strand was a wonderful home to the company for the next thirty years. After Covid Victoria chose to simplify the company structure . She now happily divides her time between her workshop in the forest of the mountains and meeting clients in her CBD studio, and loves being able to spend most of her time designing, gold smithing and engraving jewels.
Victoria designs and makes all types of jewellery, from enchanting rings, pendants, bangles, earrings, to precious gemstone necklaces and bracelets.
What are her design inspirations and where are your designs made?
First and foremost , she believes jewellery should have soul. Her detailled gemstone rings and pendants are hand engraved with intricate designs and inscriptions.. She is inspired by her clients to create pieces that are truly meaningful to them. All ofher designs are made in Sydney, available online and in the studio, located in the heart of Sydney’s luxurious designer shopping precinct .
What materials do you work with?
Victoria Buckleys designs are made from high grade, ethically sourced gemstones and Australian fair traded gold.
Victoria works with precious metals including yellow gold, rose gold, white gold and platinum. Victoria also loves to work with rare and coloured precious gemstones, such as Emeralds and Spinels, Rubies, Garnets, Tourmalines and Sapphires.
Diamond set jewellery is a specialty of Victoria Buckley, incorporating only very high quality, well cut grades.
The jewels are often characterised by highly detailed hand engraving.
What is the turn around time and process for bespoke custom work?
Victoria Buckley is always in the process of creating special custom jewellery for her clients. The lead time can vary depending on time of year and complexity of the design but would usually be between about 2 weeks for a simple pendant for example, up to 8-12 weeks for an intricate engagement ring.
The process usually entails a call or email brief, then a meeting to discuss your requirements and establish budget range, by referring to sketches, photos and existing designs in the studio.
Where are you located?
Our boutique is located on the 5th floor of 64 Castlereagh Street, the Bvlgari Building, in the Sydney CBD. We are above Bulgari, on Castlereagh Street close to Chanel, Hermes and Dior, and opposite the MLC centre.
The closest train station is Martin Place. The studio is conveniently close to the Martin Place Metro exit.

We aim to send most purchases same or next business day .Express post usually takes 1-2 days depending on location . Please contact us before purchasing if delivery is urgent . Expedited Shipping always gets urgent priority and is recommended if really needed in a hurry .

Warranty
Victoria Buckley has been designing and making precious jewellery for over 30 years. All of our jewellery is designed to last a lifetime and be handed down for generations.
We recommend the settings of high value gemstones are checked and serviced regularly. Your jewellery will gain character with wear over time and tell it’s own story, however should you like your ring restored or remodelled please book a consultation.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. We represent the quality of work honestly and accurately online. All Australian purchases are buyer protected , and can be easily returned or exchanged. If you have any concerns or would like to discuss exchange or returns, please contact us within two weeks of purchase. If you have questions, please contact us before finalising your purchase.
Jewellery must be in the same perfect unworn condition as received.
Refunds
We happily offer full money back guarantee on all purchases. Many of our pieces are bought as gifts, so it is important our clients feel safe making purchases online. If you think you might need to exchange for different ring size or length of chain for example , it is no problem. It is best to be in touch before purchase to confirm options upfront if you are unsure of size etc.
If you wish to arrange a return its important you contact us before sending the item back to confirm details.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know we have received your returned item, and that it is in unworn condition. We may contact you for refund details. Allow 7-14 days for refunds, but some payment platforms may take a little longer to clear funds.
We genuinely care for our clients , and appreciate the opportunity to resolve issues. If you have questions or uncertainty about a purchase and you cant come into the studio in person, just call or email for clarification.
