Our beautiful Enchanted Doll is being offered up for sale .

It’s very hard to part with our much loved porcelain companion , but to help navigate the company through the ongoing Covid impacts it’s time to offer up some of our special treasures to new homes.

Our Ophelia has been part of the Victoria Buckley story since she first graced our Strand Arcade displays in 2009. She has featured in many of our photographs and collections since then. She has also featured in many magazines and Enchanted Doll publications. Her downcast gaze are surprisingly expressive, the effect changing in every pose.

Her features are hand painted and fired for permanency. Even the soles of her feet and palms are realistically painted. Very few people have held or handled her in any way, she has been carefully treasured and cared for. The feeling of the porcelain is indescribably lovely, like fairy bones.

This listing is for the Enchanted Doll as originally purchased , a non-costumed nude doll, with three fine hand made wigs, her original black, and also white and red mohair . She was purchased directly from Enchanted Doll, and Victoria has been the only owner since then. Price is in AUD, and payment would be Bank Transfer , through this website , or arranged in person .

Marina Bychkova is an internationally regarded fine artist , and her porcelain dolls are highly sought after . IShe can be collected in person from our Sydney studio , or shipped internationally at purchasers expense.
