Refunds and Exchange

Merchandise will be accepted by Victoria Buckley for credit or exchange (excluding and shipping charges or transaction fees) if returned in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase .

Refunds are subject to the approval of management.

Layby Terms

Laybys are welcomed. A minimum deposit of 20% is required and the layby period is a maximum of 16 weeks with fortnightly payments.

Custom Orders

A deposit of 50% is required to commission a personalised piece of jewellery from Victoria Buckley. Our standard lead time is 10-12 weeks. There are no refunds or exchanges on personalised jewellery or custom orders.
